Racheal Straughan brings nearly two decades of entrepreneurial experience to her role as Team Leader of Market Collective at Mayfli Ltd. Her background in local government and self-employment equips her with a unique blend of skills and insights, making her a valuable advisor to local sellers.

Co-founder, CTO & Creative Lead

Mark Straughan brings over two decades of experience in IT-led projects to his role at Market Collective under Mayfli Ltd. With a background as a Senior Unix Analyst and successful self-employment ventures, Mark is a visionary leader in digital entrepreneurship across the UK and USA.
